ORDER ISSUES

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately at info@thecalledoutones.com with your correct shipping address. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it in time.

I ordered the wrong size or colour. Can I change it?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to modify the items. Contact us right away, if the order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to help.

I received a faulty or damaged item.
We’re so sorry! Please email us at info@thecalledoutones.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item so we can make it right.

An item is missing from my order.
Check all packaging first — items may sometimes get stuck to the inside of the parcel. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll sort it out.

I received the wrong item.
Please contact us at info@thecalledoutones.com and we’ll get it fixed quickly.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation or tracking email.
Check your spam or junk folder just in case. Still nothing? Reach out to us or log in to your account to view your order status.

Do I need to enter both billing and shipping addresses?
We only need your shipping address at checkout — no need to enter a separate billing address.

Can I return something purchased with Afterpay?
Yes, our return policy applies to all payment methods. For full return details, see our Shipping & Returns page.

DELIVERY HELP

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays) and usually ship within 1–2 business days.

How long will delivery take in Australia?

  • Standard: 2–8 business days

  • Express: 1–4 business days (if ordered before 11am AEST)

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also log into your TCOO account to find tracking info under your order.

Will I need to sign for my parcel?
Some deliveries may require a signature. If no one is home, your order may be left in a safe spot or redirected to your local post office or pickup point.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship to New Zealand, USA, and Asia. Delivery times vary by region and customs clearance.

Will I be charged import duties or taxes?
Possibly. All international orders are subject to local customs regulations. Duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay (for Australian customers).

Why isn’t my discount code working?
Check that the code is valid and applies to your items. Only one code can be used per order. Make sure to apply the code before checkout — we can’t add it afterwards.

Can I use a gift card and a discount code together?
Yes — apply your gift card first, then your discount code (if eligible). Still having issues? Send us a screenshot and your order number.

PRODUCT & STOCK SUPPORT

When will this item be back in stock?
Our collections are limited and intentional — once they sell out, restocks aren’t guaranteed. We recommend subscribing to our emails to stay updated.

What size should I order?
Check our Size Guide linked on each product page. We also include fit notes and garment details to help you choose confidently.
