Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 2:30pm AEST and can take up to two business days to process before being shipped.

Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has dispatched.

In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email from our TCOO Team. If we cannot fulfil an item/s in your order two attempts will be made to contact you, if no response is given your item/order will be refunded so we can dispatch the remaining items out to you. 

In the event of a large online promotion, our orders team can get quite backed up due to a massive influx of orders in a short amount of time.

International orders typically take 5–14 business days to arrive. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

International Orders

Customs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your location. These charges are not covered by The Called Out Ones and are the customer’s responsibility. If you refuse a shipment due to import fees, we will refund your order minus any return shipping costs.

TAXES & DUTIES

All customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility, even if you refuse the shipment at delivery. If your package requires additional charges to clear customs, they must be paid by you.

We are required by law to declare the value of your order on the package. Customs agents may delay or deny delivery at their discretion.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid charges, your order will be refunded minus any return shipping and handling fees.

**Maximum order limits before duties/taxes apply:**

* New Zealand: NZ $1000.00
* United Kingdom: £130.00
* United States: $0 + 145% tax (**currently not shipping here**)
* Europe: From €45 (can vary by country and order value)

These values may change at any time. Please research your country's import limits before placing an order. If needed, consider splitting your order into multiple shipments.

RETURNS

You can return any full-priced item within 15 days of the purchase date.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start a return, email info@thecalledoutones.com with your order number.

All returned items must be:

* In original condition (unworn, unwashed)
* With original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals intact

Items with pet hair, cologne, fluff, or any sign of wear will not be accepted.

Use tracked postage and retain proof of shipment. We do not refund shipping fees or duties/taxes.

Non-returnable items:

* Sale items
* Items purchased with a promo code
* Underwear (due to hygiene)
* Gift cards

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges for Full-priced items within 15 days.

To exchange, include a note with your return stating what size or item you'd like instead (same value or less).

If your requested exchange is unavailable, you will receive a store credit.

All conditions for returns also apply to exchanges.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact info@thecalledoutones.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Faulty items caused by misuse, improper washing, or abnormal wear will not be eligible for return.

We will review your request under the Australian Consumer Law and provide instructions on how to proceed.

PROMOTIONS & BUNDLE DEALS

* All sale/promotional items are final.
* Free gifts must be returned if you return your original purchase for a refund.
* Bundle items are considered sale items and are final sale.
* If part of a bundle is returned, the full price of the remaining items will apply and your refund adjusted accordingly.
* Bundles cannot be combined with other codes.

AFTERPAY RETURNS

You may return full-priced items purchased via Afterpay for exchange only.

Continue your Afterpay payments while your item is being returned. Afterpay may charge late fees otherwise.

If your Afterpay contract is amended or cancelled during a return, a $10 fee will apply.

Sale or discounted items purchased with Afterpay are final.
